How We Use Your Data

📍 Location Data

When you enable GPS for the guided tour, your device's location is used locally to:

Show your position on the tour map
Trigger proximity alerts when you approach tour stops
Provide walking directions between locations

Important: Your GPS data stays on your device. We do not send your location to our servers or any third parties.

💳 Payment Data

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. We never see or store your full credit card number. We only receive confirmation that payment was successful.

📊 Analytics Data

We collect anonymous usage data to improve our tours:

Which tour stops were viewed
Video watch duration
Completion rates

This data is linked only to your tour token (not your personal identity). Once your tour access expires (7 days), analytics data becomes fully anonymized and cannot be linked back to you. Anonymized analytics are retained indefinitely to help us improve our service.

📧 Transactional Emails

When you purchase the tour or submit a refund request, we send transactional emails to the email address you provide. These emails are strictly for:

Refund request confirmation

We do not send marketing or promotional emails. Your email address is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
